Shipping and Payment

Shipping

• Delivery area: We deliver within Germany, to selected EU countries, and to Switzerland.

• Shipping time: Standard shipping within Germany takes 1–3 business days after receipt of payment; shipping to the EU takes 3–7 business days (each unless otherwise stated). Personalized or bulky items may have longer delivery times.

• Shipping costs: Costs depend on the destination country and weight and are calculated at checkout.

• Shipping carriers: DPD or freight forwarder. A tracking link will be provided via email after shipment.

• Partial deliveries: If not all products are immediately available, we can arrange partial deliveries upon request. No additional shipping costs apply.

• Shipping damage: Please report any externally visible damage to the delivery driver IMMEDIATELY and document it with photos. Then contact our support team so we can arrange a replacement.

• Changing the delivery address: Changes are possible up until the time of shipment. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, please use the options available in the tracking portal.

Payment

• Accepted payment methods:

• 1) PayPal: Fast and secure, including buyer protection subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions.

• 2) Advance payment/Bank transfer: Shipment occurs after receipt of payment; goods are reserved for 7 days.

• Security: Your payment details are transmitted using encryption only. We do not store full account details on our systems.

• Currency & Taxes: All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT. Customs duties and import fees for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Vouchers & Discount codes: Enter codes in the shopping cart or at checkout. Generally, one code can be redeemed per order unless otherwise stated.

• Refunds: Refunds are issued via the original payment method once the returned items have been inspected. Depending on the payment provider, the credit may take 3–7 business days to appear.
